12Team: Risk & Valuations Services (RVS) is part of S&P Global Market Intelligence, providing data, insights, and analytics to wide range of customer segments. As part of the RVS Technology Team, the ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional program management and people skills to lead initiatives that deliver measurable business value, contribute to business operations excellence, and provide thought leadership across our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead complex programs across many products and groups.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and dependencies; monitoring and reporting against program performance against established metrics and KPIs
- Conduct hands-on analysis and prepare materials for various stakeholder groups, from junior team members to executives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, tailoring messaging to stakeholder groups.
- Drive decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Support business operations functions including process optimization, resource planning, and operational reporting
- Develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute thought leadership, identifying emerging trends and technologies that could benefit the organization
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape future initiatives
- Track and report on commitments and actual expenditures on a monthly basis
- Coordinate contractor and B2B engagements across global teams and related vendor and budget management
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels across global teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated success leading initiatives
- Experience delivering programs with teams using agile development methods, with willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience with cloud-based execution, AI technologies, and emerging tech trends.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and present to a variety of audiences
- Ability to influence across organizational structures and work effectively with various teams and group and experience working with global teams
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in an impact-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with financial tracking and budget management for technical programs and with vendor management processes, including contract negotiations and renewals
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus, but not required
- Knowledge in supply chain, shipping intelligence, and/or financial markets a plus
- Experience or willingness to learn visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and practices across engineering teams
- Experience creating technical content and presenting at internal or external forums
