About the Role:


The Associate Director Process Reengineering role at ANSR is a strategic leadership position focused on driving large-scale operational transformation across ANSRs Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. This role is central to optimizing business processes, implementing automation, and building scalable, future-ready operating models that enable global enterprises to build, scale, and optimize their GCCs efficiently.


Role Overview


  • Strategic Impact: The Associate Director leads enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives, redesigning end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and agility within ANSRs GCC ecosystem.
  • Methodologies & Tools: The role leverages Lean, Six Sigma, automation (RPA, AI, analytics), and digital enablement to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce turnaround times, and enhance service quality.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams and client leadership to align transformation priorities with strategic business goals and operational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive process transformation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business agility.
  • Redesign core processes using Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Champion digital enablement and automation, identifying opportunities for RPA, AI, analytics, and workflow solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business goals.
  • Establish standardized frameworks for process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Measure transformation success through KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by mentoring teams and embedding best practices.
  • Collaborate with ANSRs transformation and technology teams to deliver sustainable, automation-led efficiency models.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelors degree in engineering, business management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years in process re-engineering, transformation, or operational excellence, ideally within GCCs or shared services.
  • Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Green/Black Belt preferred).
  • Proven track record in automation and digital transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
