Summary
About the Role
- Independently represents on behalf of the Transformation Office in an assigned cohort of Workstreams, or Products built out within the PV Platform build workstream. Provide support from the Transformation Office to enable swift team decision making.
- Leads specific assignments/projects within relevant PV Transformation workstreams.
- Generates strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distils outputs and recommendations which enable informed leadership decisions, aligned with PS&PV LT strategy.
- Where assigned, represents INSPIRE PV Transformation in internal PS&PV boards/teams.
- Supports successful delivery and implementation of the critical Digital Product Roadmap (DPR) and annual digital product funding (DPF) requests. Ensures budget control and financial targets.
- Ensures operationalization of organizational change management, communication and stakeholder management on behalf of the Transformation Office.
- Prepare comprehensive, detailed reports on the progress of transformation initiatives. Identify potential opportunities and risks associated with transformation Develop associated action plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirement
- Minimum 10 years of broad and deep Pharmacovigilance or Development industry experience
- Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries
- Experience in financial management
- Track record of realizing objectives over the long-term
- Ability to deal with ambiguity bring successful business outcomes
