Associate Director - Online Education

This role will own the strategy, growth, and end-to-end business performance of the online education portfolio. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling enrollments, building high-performing teams, ensuring superior learner outcomes, and establishing a strong digital brand presence in the higher education ecosystem.

1. Business Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Online vertical.
• Identify new growth opportunities including program extensions, certifications, executive offerings, and international expansion.

2. Growth & Enrollment Scale

• Optimize the end-to-end student acquisition funnel (lead generation, counseling, conversion, onboarding).
• Expand new distribution channels including affiliates, partnerships, corporate tie-ups, education platforms, and international markets.

3. Program Development & Academic Excellence

• Collaborate with academic leadership to design and continuously enhance online BBA and MBA curricula aligned with industry demands.
• Ensure strong learner engagement through innovative pedagogy, case-based learning, live sessions, mentorship, and experiential components.

4. Learner Experience & Platform Excellence

• Own the entire online learner journey from onboarding to alumni engagement.
• Ensure seamless platform experience, academic support systems, and student services.

5. Data & Performance Management

• Establish robust performance dashboards across marketing, admissions, operations, academics, and finance.
• Monitor KPIs including enrollment growth, revenue, CAC, retention, completion rates, placement outcomes, and learner satisfaction.

6. Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, admissions, operations, learner success, and partnerships.
• Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on speed, innovation, and execution excellence.
