Job Description
As an AD in our Monitoring & Evaluation team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Youll:
- Assist in designing and implementing MEL frameworks under guidance.
- Conduct secondary/desk research and basic data analysis to support project insights.
- Support documentation and reporting efforts for client deliverables and proposal development
- Work with datasets to clean, organize, and prepare for analysis.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement through coordination and follow-ups.
- Help in preparing presentations and reports using MS Office tools.
- Participate in field visits and data collection exercises as required.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for project tracking.
Desired qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in social-sector consulting/ monitoring & evaluation space.
- Masters degree in business management/administration, data sciences, finance, economics, social work, public policy, international relations or related disciplines
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Exposure to government or development sector projects is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong data handling, strategy design, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
- Excellent academic track record
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
