Associate Director - IT Security Risk and compliance

Role: IT Security Risk and compliance

Work Locations:  Ramanujan IT City, Tharamani, Chennai

Role Summary:

• Develops and executes business plans for payer stakeholders, within defined territory, to positively advocate and remove barriers to access and to ensure coverage and reimbursement.
• Lead comprehensive cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance projects
• Coordinate with the other leaders to ensure security and compliance for infrastructure related IT Legal and Regulatory & required policies
• Develop and maintain group information security policies, standards, guidelines and oversee the dissemination of security policies and practices
• Ensure that system and application security design is in accordance with IT Policy
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to IT operations

Candidate expectation:

• Information Security & Cyber security experience with strong background in IT Governance, defining policy & standards creation
• Experience in handling Security Operations, Compliance Implementation and GRC (Governance, risk management, and compliance)
• Experience in ISO 27001 Implementation (Information Security Management System) & ISO 23001 Implementation (Business Continuity Management System)
• Managed Org Wide - Vulnerability Management Program and Risk & Mitigation
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and IT audit processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill technical issues into clear and actionable business risks

Certification:

• CISSP,CISM,CISA (anyone)
• Technical Certification: Cloud, Security, Systems, Network
• Process ITIL, ISO 27001
