Job Description

Job Purpose

To build, and scale ISBs international placement ecosystem by identifying high-potential global job markets, sourcing international career opportunities for PGP and PGP YL students, and driving measurable placement outcomes aligned with ISBs brand and compensation benchmarks.


Job Outline

The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to develop and execute an international placement strategy for ISBs PGP and PGP YL programs. This includes identifying attractive international labour markets, building employer partnerships globally, and enabling high-quality international roles for students across industries and geographies.


The role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset , with strong capability to research and analyse global labour market trends, talent demand, compensation benchmarks, immigration considerations, and hiring cycles across regions. The incumbent is expected to proactively identify and prioritize lucrative and strategically relevant international markets where ISB talent can create strong outcomes.


The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end international employer engagement , including prospecting new companies, building senior-level relationships, positioning ISBs value proposition globally, and enabling hiring processes that result in offers and conversions. The role carries clear sales ownership , including targets for:

  • Companies onboarded
  • International hiring processes enabled
  • Offers sourced
  • Offer-to-joiner conversions


The role demands a tight handle on international compensation structures , ensuring that roles sourced are benchmarked to global industry standards and reflect the premium brand value of ISB. The incumbent must actively negotiate role scope and compensation to maximize student outcomes.


The incumbent is expected to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including program management teams, student leadership, alumni, and faculty, to align international placement efforts with student aspirations and program goals. In addition, the incumbent will contribute to building internal capability within CAS for international placements, including processes, data, market intelligence, and recruiter engagement playbooks.
