We are looking for a Associate Director HR Business Partner based in Hyderabad with strong exposure and responsibilities for the following areas:

Responsibilities
- Work with the business leads to identify, conceptualize and support HR interventions in the areas of employee
- lifecycle, as and when required
- Drives the people strategy, talent management, and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
- Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
- Collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.
- Supporting the entire PMS process including performance discussions, Coaching managers, grievance handling, compensation reviews etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
- Designing and ensuring adherence to HR metrics to assist HR management to assess the effectiveness of people management practices, including: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, mobility and career progression.
- Ensuring adherence to PMS guidelines to build a performance driven culture.
- Support the Design of Compensation/Benefits structures in line with local practices, support compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Work Location: Chennai only
- Level / Designation: Associate Director HR
- Overall years of experience: 17 - 20 years
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Educational Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate in HR or any other equivalent degree
- Candidate must have prior experience of 16+ yrs in various aspects of HR function.
- Played HRBP lead role in an IT organization managing Healthcare / Technology / Product Business Units
- Have fundamental understanding of healthcare domain.
- Should have sound knowledge of various HR concepts like Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
- Implemented OD interventions like Talent reviews, Leadership Development Programs, Succession Planning etc
- Taken care of regular HRBP operations for the Business Units
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Confident and good analytical skills
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Other duties as assigned or requested
