Associate Director - FP&A

We are currently seeking an Associate Director FP&A to join our Finance team in Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the Role

• Track business performance and identify monthly results.
• Manage business operations by providing visibility and insights.
• Ensure consistency of information for decision-making, planning, and target setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning Annual Business Cycle:
• Assist in developing the operating and financial plan.
• Performance Management:
• Drive performance to ensure effective P&L and balance sheet management, delivering on entity targets.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
• Oversee quarterly and monthly management reporting. Collaborate with PPMs to develop monthly forecasts for P&L and cash flow.
• Performance Measurement & Improvement:
• Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, and work on performance improvement initiatives.
• Special Projects:
• Support the analysis of new business cases and provide accurate, timely financial recommendations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

• 812+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business management.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
