Associate Director-Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic finance leader with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, who can partner with business leadership to drive growth and profitability. This role goes beyond operational reporting - it focuses on delivering actionable insights, influencing decision-making, and shaping the financial strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive financial strategy by providing actionable insights that influence business decisions and long-term planning.
• Lead development of advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend interventions for improved profitability.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and market dynamics.
• Deliver impactful presentations and dashboards that translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations for executives.
• Champion transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across functions to align financial strategies with business objectives and ensure resource optimization.
• Influence organizational priorities through proactive identification of trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualification / Skills :

• MBA in Finance / CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 812 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in influencing senior leadership decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred); exposure to automation and digital finance solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
