Associate Director - Enterprise Architecture (SAP and Salesforce) | 12 to 18 years | Large FMCG Enterprise | Bengaluru

We are hiring an Associate Director Enterprise Architecture (SAP and Salesforce) for a leadership role within a large FMCG enterprise undergoing significant digital transformation. This role will shape the organisations long-term technology strategy, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

What you need:

• 1218 years of experience in product engineering, application development, or enterprise architecture, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Mandatory experience working with SAP and Salesforce architecture at some point in your career.
• Strong understanding of cloud and data architecture principles, security frameworks, and scalability considerations.
• Good knowledge of the enterprise value chain, particularly across Sales and Supply Chain functions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), analytics, and cybersecurity.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or an MBA.

What you would do:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping digital opportunities and technology decision-making.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand enterprise requirements and guide solution direction.
• Define, implement, and govern architectural standards, principles, and compliance frameworks across the organisation.
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Recommend best-fit technologies across cloud, analytics, integration, and automation, ensuring smooth integration with legacy systems.
• Oversee the design of end-to-end digital solutions, while driving innovation through pilots, proofs of concept, and stable performance of core platforms.
