Associate Director (Enterprise Architecture) | 12 to 20 years | Large FMCG Enterprise | Bengaluru

We are hiring an Associate Director Enterprise Architecture for a leadership role within a large FMCG enterprise undergoing significant digital transformation. This role will shape the organisations long-term technology strategy, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

What you need:

• 1220 years of experience in product engineering, application development, or enterprise architecture, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience working with SAP and Salesforce architecture at any stage of your career.
• Solid understanding of cloud and data architecture principles, security frameworks, and scalability considerations.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise value chain, especially Sales and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience driving large-scale digital transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), analytics, and cybersecurity.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or an MBA.

What you would do:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing digital opportunities and technology decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand enterprise needs and shape solution direction.
• Define, implement, and govern architectural standards, principles, and compliance frameworks across the organisation.
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.
• Recommend best-fit technologies across cloud, analytics, integration, and automation, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
• Oversee the design of end-to-end digital solutions while driving innovation through pilots, PoCs, and stable core platform performance.
