We are seeking an experienced Manager with extensive experience in leading consulting projects related to digitalization, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and IT governance within the Oil & Gas sector. This is an exciting position where you will manage a team of project managers, take ownership of complex projects, and drive technological transformation initiatives for our clients in the Oil & Gas industry.As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing budgets and resources, and fostering client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage projects in digital transformation, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and IT governance for the Oil & Gas sector. Consulting Expertise: Provide strategic consulting services and manage digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and performance for clients in the Oil & Gas sector. Digitalization & Technology Integration: Oversee the successful implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies and systems for upstream Oil & Gas projects, including AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison with client stakeholders, understanding their needs, setting expectations, and ensuring project success through effective communication and project delivery. Project Delivery Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and resolving challenges proactively. Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost controls, resource allocation, and financial forecasting, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budget constraints. Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements for projects related to digitalization, data analytics, AI, and cybersecurity. Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse project team, promoting professional growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the Oil & Gas sector, offering innovative solutions and maintaining a strong reputation as a subject matter expert.________________________________________Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience in consulting projects focused on digitalization, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and IT governance in the Oil & Gas industry. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a consulting or project delivery environment. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, data analytics platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and IT governance frameworks. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, including its operations, challenges, regulatory environment, and digital transformation initiatives. Client Focus: Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure successful project delivery and business growth. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
