Role Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished ERP and Finance Transformation leader with 10-15 years of global experience across India, UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, and APAC. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of finance domain expertise (CA, CS) and deep handson leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX (2009, 2012 R2/R3).
The role requires strong capabilities in multi-country ERP implementations, offshore delivery governance, P&L ownership, enterprise finance architecture, presales leadership, and large-scale transformation advisory.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP & Finance Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O finance transformations across global clients.
- Own finance architecture covering GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Costing, Retail, and SCM finance flows.
- Conduct GAP-FIT analysis, design workshops, and solution governance for multi-entity implementations.
- Convert financial transformation requirements into scalable, compliant ERP solutions.
2. Program Management & Global Delivery Governance
- Deliver large-scale ERP programsincluding full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and complex global support.
- Manage multi-country engagements with onshoreoffshore delivery coordination.
- Govern quality, risk, budget adherence, and timeline management for high-value portfolios.
- Stabilize post-go-live operations and build long-term support frameworks.
3. Portfolio & P&L Ownership
- Improve margin performance through structured financial governance, billing optimization, and resource planning.
- Monitor commercial health, delivery KPIs, and portfolio risk profiles.
4. Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Finance Controllers, and Transformation Leaders.
- Align ERP roadmaps with strategic finance priorities, regulatory needs, and enterprise goals.
- Build long-term relationships across global corridors and drive account expansion.
5. Practice Development & Leadership
- Build and scale functional consulting teams, including hiring, mentoring, and capability development.
- Develop leadership pipeline, cross-skilling strategies, and competency frameworks.
- Lead knowledge management, best practices, and reusable finance accelerators.
6. Presales & Solution Consulting
- Lead solutioning, RFP responses, effort estimation, and demos for global pursuits.
- Shape multi-geo deals and contribute to creating repeatable GTM assets.
- Guide clients on finance transformation, compliance frameworks, and ERP value realization.
