Role Overview:


We are looking for an Associate Director - Corporate Sales to drive enterprise and mid-market sales, build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver revenue growth. This role requires a strong consultative selling mindset, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and experience working with senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales for corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, IT Heads, and business leaders.
  • Understand client requirements and position Organisation's solutions as value-driven offerings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • 10 18 years of experience in corporate / enterprise B2B sales, preferably in technology or services.
  • Proven track record of closing mid to large-ticket deals.
  • Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and forecasting.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
