Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex BPS engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Own overall program and project management, including governance structures, risk management, escalation handling, and stakeholder reporting
• Drive client relationship management at senior leadership levels, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability
• Oversee service quality and compliance, ensuring delivery aligns with Deloitte quality standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop high-performing multi-location teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and succession planning
• Partner with clients to identify value-added opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives across finance and operations
• Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal responses, pricing, and client presentations
• Contribute to account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of existing client relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across other teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure strong governance over transitions, stabilisation, and change management for new and existing engagements
• Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing Deloitte values, ethics, and risk management practices across the engagement lifecycle

• Base location: Mumbai
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
