Associate Director - Business Finance

Description

The Associate Director Business Finance (Sales Operations) will act as a strategic finance leader partnering with Sales and business leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership capability, deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance analysis, revenue forecasting, and profitability management
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
• Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and support decision-making
• Provide insights on revenue growth, pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions
• Oversee development of financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting and controls
• Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives (ROI, business cases)
• Lead and mentor finance team members; drive capability building and process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA/CMA preferred)
• 1220 years of progressive experience in business finance, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of sales operations and revenue drivers (IT services experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operate in a fast-paced environment
