Cloutflow is looking for a full-time Associate Director of Brand Management (Influencer Marketing) to join our team on-site in Gurugram. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies and influencer marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, overseeing brand development, managing creative partnerships, driving market planning initiatives, and refining brand strategy for maximum impact. The position will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Strategic Planning to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Proven skills in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Development to enhance brand identity and market presence.
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital media marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
