1. Good knowledge of entire P2P cycle and process and SAP ERP
2. Very good understanding of Company business and Procurement Policy
3. Ability to understand current issues and expectations and to align jobs with the same
4. Possess strong Operation skills, A Self Starter and hands on with entire P2P operations process for IT Purchase

1. Specialized knowledge and independent handling of Purchase related to IT Both Direct and Indirect Procurement Products. Licenses and Services
2. Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management
3. Managing Purchase Process Independently with minimal supervision
4. Excellent Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
5. Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
6. Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
7. Mange all RFP/RFQ related to IT Purchase on Global Basis
8. Bring about changes/ improvements in the assigned area
9. People leadership and Team Player
10. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to facilitate working of systems
11. Complete responsibility for the IT Purchase sub-systems, including:

• Planning, Delegation and Tracking
• Line management, including administrative tasks, problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with Company policies
• Anticipation of bottlenecks
• Motivating Team members

Managing Team members performance

Nature of interaction-

Internal: Team-members, HBU / VBU Leaders, Functional Managers, Employees

External: Global Vendors, Governmental Agencies / other relevant external agencies (depending on sub-system assigned) Guide the sub-system team operationally as well as provide leadership, extensive administrative interfacing.
