Design and implement AWS infrastructure solutions following best practices and the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across environments.Architect and optimize multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and Landing Zones for centralized management, governance, and enhanced security in large-scale deployments.Define and enforce security policies, IAM strategies, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, ensuring that infrastructure adheres to regulatory standards and industry best practices.Optimize networking and hybrid cloud architectures, including VPC Peering, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN, and AWS PrivateLink to provide reliable and secure network connectivity between on-premises environments and AWS.Develop cost-optimization strategies, leveraging AWS Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, AWS Trusted Advisor, and resource rightsizing using Cost Explorer and AWS Budgets to minimize unnecessary spending and enhance efficiency.Implement backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability architectures using AWS Backup, RDS Multi-AZ, S3 Versioning, Elastic Load Balancers (ELB), Route 53 Health Checks, and AWS Global Accelerator to ensure system uptime and data integrity in case of failures.Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline integrations.Monitor system performance and ensure reliability by utilizing tools like AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config, and X-Ray for application monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement of system health and performance.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices while guiding junior architects and engineers in the implementation of AWS-based infrastructure solutions.
