Accountable for preparation and delivery of month-end closings and financial reporting activities.Manage the MIS team and ensure the timely preparation and submission of various reports to stakeholders. MIS report mainly consists of L3 level P&L, Balance sheet, statistical information, reports to Management and businesses, Monthly Global submissions, Cash flow reports, forecast reports etc. and preparation of insights on the results.Conducting data analysis and driving finance reviews on revenue, salaries, and overhead expenses etc., Sharing key insights on Variance analysis, forecasting & providing commentary on performance.Oversee profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliation.Analyss of statistical data such as headcount FTE, utilization, missing time etc.Provide support in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes.Review monthly MIS reports and presentation decks and submit them to management and business stakeholders.Review, consolidation and timely submission of reports for monthly global submission, including cash flow statements, forecast reports, and financial condition assessments.Collaborate with CFO, business and enabling area teams for MIS-related tasks.Co-ordinate with Cluster countries, Global and AP teams regarding MIS related tasks.
