About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, client-focused, and growth-driven Associate Director Brand Management to lead brand partnerships, drive account strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across influencer-led marketing initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of brand needs, strong relationship management, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring revenue growth, client retention, and campaign success.

As the Associate Director, you will serve as the primary custodian of brand relationshipsdriving strategy, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that every campaign delivered exceeds expectations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Own and manage key brand relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing goals to craft impactful influencer-led strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews, presenting insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen brand engagement and increase account value.
  • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction with consistent communication, project updates, and issue resolution.


2. Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for key accounts, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Partner with the Sales/Revenue team to identify expansion opportunities and convert them into active mandates.
  • Build account-specific growth roadmaps and ensure flawless execution that reflects planned business outcomes.
  • Ensure retention of major accounts through sustained value delivery, strategic problem-solving, and strong relationship building.


3. Campaign Strategy & Execution Oversight

  • Guide the Planning & Strategy team in creating high-impact influencer strategy decks, content ideas, and creative directions.
  • Ensure campaign KPIs, deliverables, and timelines are aligned with brand expectations.
  • Oversee the execution team to ensure deliverables go live error-free, on time, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot roadblocks during campaign execution and coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Operations, Procurement) for seamless delivery.
  • Review analytics and performance reports to draw insights that inform future strategies.


4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Account Managers / Senior Associates across multiple accounts.
  • Review and enhance team workflows, communication, and client management approaches.
  • Conduct internal training on brand communication, negotiation strategies, and client servicing excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Operations, Sales, Creative, and Finance to ensure operational excellence.


5. Market Understanding & Brand Advisory

  • Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, category benchmarks, and creator performance metrics.
  • Advise brands on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices for influencer-led storytelling.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to position the agency as a thought partner to clients.


Key Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand management roles.
  • Prior experience managing large-brand clients and leading multi-member teams.
  • Strong client servicing and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of influencer marketing platforms, content trends, campaign metrics, and creator dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and growing accounts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
