Designation: Associate Director - Sales

Office Location: Gurugram


Position Description: Affle is looking for a results-driven Manager – Sales to join our dynamic advertising sales team. This role is critical in supporting revenue growth by driving client acquisition, nurturing key accounts, and executing performance-driven media campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem, along with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive media and platform sales for Affle’s performance marketing and programmatic solutions to advertisers, agencies, and app-first/e-commerce clients.
  • Support and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Lead outreach and business development efforts to onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop proposals, pitch presentations, and campaign solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales coordination.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery against KPIs and optimize results.
  • Work closely with partners such as DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges to enhance campaign reach and efficiency.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, operations, finance, and legalto ensure smooth campaign execution and compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in ad tech, mobile advertising, and consumer behavior.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to enhance offerings and improve service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales, preferably in programmatic or mobile/performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech concepts including DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
