Barometer Technologies is one of Indias fastest-growing SaaS companies in the F&B industry. We build powerful inventory management and operational systems for restaurants, bars, cloud kitchens, and cafs.

Our platform runs on Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho tools, using a mix of low-code and custom Deluge scripting. We are now strengthening our internal tech team and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building systems, writing logic, and solving technical problems.

What You Will Do

This role is development-focused, working primarily on Zoho Creator and Zoho applications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain modules on Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting
• Work with Zoho Flow automations, API integrations, and backend logic
• Create workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation sequences
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and improve system reliability
• Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with the founder and internal team to plan enhancements
• Document technical changes, logic flows, and module structures
• Handle small development tasks independently; assist in scoping larger builds
• This is a hands-on development role, not a product management position.

Who You Are

• 13 years of experience in software development, low-code development, or backend logic building
• Strong understanding of programming concepts (variables, functions, loops, conditional logic)
• Comfortable with Deluge, JavaScript basics, APIs, JSON or willing to learn quickly
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Problem solver with the ability to break down logic and build efficient flows
• Clear communicator who can coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience building on Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics
• Experience with REST APIs, webhook-based systems, or integrations
• Understanding of business workflows & operational processes
• Comfort with agile tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
• Passion for startups and solving real-world operational problems
