We are looking for a passionate and driven Oracle EBS Developer with 6-12 months of industry experience or internship exposure to join our dynamic Digital Technology team. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual eager to build a career in Oracle E-Business Suite development, contributing as an individual contributor within cross-functional business and technical teams. You will play a key role in implementing new capabilities, improving existing functionality, and optimizing business processes, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing applications.Position

Key Responsibilities
As an individual contributor, you will:
- Collaborate and Implement: Work closely with cross-functional Business and Digital Technology (DT) teams to implement new capabilities or enhance existing functionality and business processes within Oracle EBS.
- Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI tools and capabilities to optimize the development lifecycle, improve code quality, enhance documentation, and standardize development processes.
- Solution Development: Acquire a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Technical Design & Development:
- Analyse requirements and prepare designs in consultation with Architects, partnering with the Governance team for necessary approvals.
- Develop high-quality code using technologies such as PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle APEX.
- Testing and Validation:
- Build comprehensive test case documents and execute unit test cases diligently.
- Complete unit testing.
- Analyse performance requirements and contribute to load testing plans.
- Documentation & Lifecycle Management:
- Create accurate and thorough project system technical documentation for the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including MD020, MD060, CM010, MD120 etc.
- Prepare migration documents and collaborate with the System Administration team for code migration across environments.
- Operational Transition & Readiness:
- Manage the transition process for new functionality or enhancements to the Operations support team, providing clear system documentation and training for knowledge transfer.
- Ensure readiness for Change Integration Board (CIB), Technical Review Board (TRB), and Change Advisory Board (CAB) for new projects and enhancements.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Technical Skills
- Foundational Development:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or any other technical platform.
- Proven ability to code hands-on in PL/SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience in writing SQL queries and performing application testing.
- Modern Tooling: Understanding and practical application of AI tools used in code design and development.
- System Knowledge:
- Basic Knowledge of Code Management & Migration Processes.
- Basic understanding of how integrations work within an enterprise system.
- Core Competencies: Analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Solution-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in creating solutions for applications that deliver business processes and drive business value.
- Process Acumen: Exposure to Governance and Change Management areas.

- Ability to effectively manage priorities in a highly dynamic environment.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-12 months of industry exposure, either as an intern or full-time employee, with hands-on coding and application testing experience.
