About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Designer who can support daily design tasks while also managing merchandising responsibilities. This role suits someone organized, talented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design development, sketches, trend research, and basic CAD work
• Handle merchandising tasks such as sample follow-ups, data tracking, and preparing line sheets
• Follow up with vendors, coordinate sampling progress, and track shipments
• Support communication between design, production, and vendors
• Help with mood boards, presentations, and sample organization
• Manage basic documentation, pricing updates, and workflow tracking.

Requirements

• Fashion school graduate
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in design, merchandising, and a related role
• Basic design skills (Illustrator or hand sketching)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks
