Associate Data Analyst

We are seeking a fresher Data Analyst in Mumbai, with relevant skills in SQL & Python programming.

As a Data Analyst at TopN Analytics, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality analytics solutions to our esteemed clients. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into client systems.
• Provide expertise in data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct insightful data presentations and trainings for clients, demonstrating the value of analytics in driving business outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Contribute towards organization building activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Good proficiency in SQL and Python
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools would be a plus
• Excellent Communication skills
• Being self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly.
• Ambition to grow fast and contribute to organization growth with a self-drive attitude.

Work location will be Mumbai (Kandivali East) and selected candidates are expected to come to office Monday-Friday.
