Associate Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering ad-hoc and recurring reports, ensuring that they are accurate and useful for driving business decisions.
• Validate datasets to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of reported data.
• Write PySpark or Scala queries in Databricks platform to prepare, optimize, and validate data.
• Help maintain and update Tableau dashboards, cognos reporting, and learn to transform data insights into understandable and actionable visual reports.
• Respond to and manage support requests related to data reporting, ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with understanding of SQL/Python/Pyspark and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Skills in data validation processes and a keen eye for detail in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support requests efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred

• Experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising environments.
• An interest or basic experience in cloud-based data processing environments such as Databricks.
• A willingness to learn and use advanced tools for version control systems like GitHub or GitLab.
