Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the ideation and execution of digital campaigns with strong, impactful copy.
  • Develop core ideas, campaign narratives, and content strategies across platforms.
  • Write and oversee high-quality, award-worthy copy that delivers both creativity and results.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital, cultural, and industry trends and translate them into commercially viable ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Client Servicing teams to understand briefs and deliver strategic solutions.
  • Plan and build integrated campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of creative excellence.
  • Allocate work effectively by understanding team strengths and project requirements.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop the creative teamhelping them believe in themselves and achieve the impossible.
  • Step in and support the team during critical moments when needed.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, idea generation, and client presentations.
  • Upsell existing clients with fresh ideas and expanded creative solutions.
  • Maintain a professional approach to timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required.

    • 79 years of experience in a creative digital agency (mandatory).
    • Exceptional leadership and people-management skills; leads by example.
    • Outstanding writing skills with a wide vocabulary (yes, Tharoor-level isnt an exaggeration).
    • Sharp memory, keen observation, and an eye for detailthink Mike Ross meets Sherlock Holmes.
    • A natural grammar pedant who enjoys figures of speech a little too much.
    • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of how creativity works within a commercial and digital ecosystem.
    • A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring teams together and keep them engaged.
