Who Are You?

• Zero ego orchestra-conductor. Solve problems, not create
• Smart and quick-witted, Associate Creative Director with 6+ years of experience
• Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.
• Writing award-winning copy should come naturally to you. But before that, commercial art should be intrinsic to your thinking.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Direct understanding of time vs costs vs deadlines.
• Lead client presentations, pitches when requirements happen
• Ability to marry up data and insights with creative output

The role needs you to work closely with the Head of Creative Strategy, Group Account Manager, Co-Founders and other team leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities.

This role also needs you to mentor direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to consistently excel.
