Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on JEE/NEET preparation strategies, courses, and career pathways
• Explain coaching programs, course structure, fees, and key benefits clearly and effectively
• Assess students academic background, strengths, and aspirations to recommend suitable programs
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via phone calls, video calls, and online platforms
• Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment decisions
• Address queries related to exam patterns, study plans, and time management
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve student outreach and conversions
