Role Overview:
You will work across corporate compliance, governance execution, and regulatory advisory assignments. Depending on your qualification and skill level, responsibilities will scale from supervised execution to independent client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end corporate and regulatory mandates under the Companies Act, 2013
- Draft and structure board and shareholder documentation, including resolutions, minutes, and governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory standards
- Lead and manage ROC filings with ownership, precision, and timeline discipline
- Support transaction-led assignments, including private placements, incorporations, capital structuring, and corporate reorganisations
- Advise on FEMA compliance, including FDI reporting, ODI, ECB filings, and cross-border investment structuring
- Assist on SEBI regulatory matters, including capital issuances, preferential allotments, and listed entity compliance (where applicable)
- Support RBI-related filings, approvals, and regulatory interface in foreign investment and cross-border transactions
- Participate in regulatory strategy discussions, structuring conversations, and risk-mitigation advisory
- Engage directly with promoters, founders, and senior management for transaction execution and governance advisory
For qualified candidates with experience:
- Independently manage assigned client portfolios
- Review junior team work
- Lead compliance planning discussions
