Position Title: Associate - Content and Academics

Business Unit: Working Professional

Location: Marol, Mumbai

Salary Range: 4.5-5.5 LPA

About Role:

Support the academic team in creating presentations, course outlines, and academic materials, maintaining LMS quality, assisting with assessment and rubric operations, providing thesis/research support, and building analysis dashboards for evidence-based decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and refine slide decks, syllabus/course outlines, handouts, and rubrics aligned to learning outcomes.
• Convert faculty notes into learner-ready materials (readings, templates, guides); ensure APA/style and branding consistency.
• Maintain LMS pages (uploads, structure, announcements, version control, gradebook hygiene).
• Evaluate online sessions
• Document processes
• Check compliance to grading rubrics
• Track integrity checks (Turnitin/AI).
• Review Dissertation Hygiene & Compliance
• Track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with faculty/SMEs on schedules, grading timelines, and moderation meetings.
• Build and maintain dashboards for learner progress, submission status, grade distributions, grader variance, and integrity metrics.

Experience:

• 02 years ; freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply .
• Experience in academic content creation or curriculum development is a plus.
• Exposure to thesis/research-proposal evaluation (TA work, internships, capstones) is desirable.
• Prior work/study in an academic or research environment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with modern educational technologies and data-driven teaching methods (LMS, basic data tools).

• Commitment to academic integrity and quality in teaching and evaluation.
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI/Tableau, basic Python/Apps Script is a plus.
