Job description:

6+ years of work experience on SolarWinds modules like SAM, DPA NAM, NTM, NCM, IPAM
Must have 4 + years of working experience of SAM and DPA modules of Solarwinds
Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
Global exposure in large environments.
Very Good Knowledge on Networking Concepts Knowledge on Network Configuration Management Tools.
Knowledge on Network Monitoring Tools.
Very good Troubleshooting & Analytical skills.
Very Good Knowledge on Windows & UNIX OS.
Working Knowledge on SQL Database.
SolarWinds NPM/HP NNM Good Knowledge on Perl & Shell scripting Good Understanding on Routing Protocol. (optional)
Must Work in rotation shift as per roster
Oncall support during off business hours.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
