The senior role will be expected to guide and mentor other team members, and proactively recommend technical and procedural improvements for the team.

Key Responsibilities
10+ Years of Experience in global projects with expertise in following areas:

o Leading and challenging customers with clear strategic vision of digital transformation and the business possibilities through Workplace and Application Virtualization solutions
o Previous work experience with enterprise customer and partners for deploying VDI, Citrix, VMWare, Remote Desktop Services, Application Virtualization technologies.
o Strong working experience on different phases of Apps and Desktop virtualization projects i.e. Transition, Transformation, Migration, Assessment and Upgradation along with Stabilization.
o Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of CVAD. Have performed CVAD upgrade and farm migration/extension to cloud platform from planning through implementation.
o Expert on multiple versions of Citrix Products and strong experience of Citrix Provisioning Services, MCS, Storefront, Gateway, Application Layering, Application Packaging and Citrix WEM.
o Skills with Citrix Cloud Studio and Virtual Apps and Desktops hosting administration and support
o VDI administration and support skills, including end-user device support
o Expert in VMWare View Horizon Design, Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting.
o Strong knowledge for connection server, View composer server, app volume, UAG and Security Server.
o Strong knowledge of licensing for different virtualization products.
o Good knowledge of Cloud computing technologies and infrastructure (Azure, Citrix Cloud, AWS and Google)
o Specialist for Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) Solutions which drive high priority VDI customer initiatives on the Microsoft Azure Platform.
o Integration of various App virtualization (App layering, App Volume, MS-AppV etc), Profile management (FSLogix, Appsense, etc) products with Desktop virtualization Products.
o Experience on both Windows Server (Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 and 2019) and Desktop OS (Windows 7 & 10) Operating Systems.
o Create and maintain PC images.
o Strong scripting knowledge (like Powershell, Python, JSON) for introducing automation.
o Experience in Windows Active Directory Administration and Group Policy Objects.
o Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor
o ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification.
o Support for the client NetScaler Infrastructure, including vendor interaction and maintenance/upgrades as required. Having technical expertise on Gateway configuration, GSLB and Content Switching.
o Troubleshooting system integration, compatibility, product level and customer ecosystem faults.
o Planning and implementing upgrade and expansion procedures.
o Monitoring the deployed system as necessary
o Developing customer facing documentation as needed.
o Being part of an on-call 24/7 rotation, to deal with customer emergency issues at any time.
