Job Description for OpenText Data Archiving ConsultantCandidate possesses in-depth knowledge of OpenText's suite of archiving solutions and is committed to ensuring our organization's data is accessible, secure, and compliant.Key Responsibilities : 1. At least 8 years of relevant work experience with OpenText and a good knowledge of newest OpenText technologies and procedures within an international company with complex system environment on a global scale2. OpenText Content Server, Archive Server with strong experience in the design, Implementation, administration and support.3. Implement, configure, and maintain OpenText Archiving solutions in line with business needs.4. Ensure the secure and compliant storage of enterprise documents, email communications, and records.5. Collaborate with IT and business teams to define archiving policies, schedules, and procedures.6. Monitor system performance, recommending and implementing optimizations, as necessary.7. Train end-users and stakeholders on system use, ensuring smooth integration into daily workflows.8. Address and resolve any system issues, liaising with OpenText support when necessary.9. Stay updated on new features and best practices for OpenText solutions, recommending upgrades or changes as appropriate.10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies regarding data retention and access.11. Regularly audit and report on archive usage, compliance, and performance metrics.Qualifications :Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's1. Proven experience with OpenText Archiving solutions.2. Knowledge of enterprise content management principles and best practices.3. Familiarity with industry regulations pertaining to data retention and access.4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred :1. OpenText certifications or formal training.2. Experience with related OpenText solutions like Documentum or Extended ECM.3. Familiarity with integration tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between OpenText and other enterprise systems.4. Prior experience in industries with stringent data compliance requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare).

• To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
• To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
• To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
• To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.
