Primary skills:

We Need candidates who have L3 experience with Windows 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Certificate and Log management . L3 knowledge of Virtualization technologies VMware vSphere 6.x and 7.x.Vcentre installation/upgradation. Upgradation L3 knowledge of Citrix Xendesktop environment. Master image Deployment.

Key responsibilities:
Advanced Active Directory skills including GPOs, building and upgrading domains, forests, RODC server core, site topology, domain & trust, LDAP integration with apps, security/delegation control, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Schema update and certificate trust.
Managing and monitoring replication.
Ensuring the proper assignment and configuration of operations master roles.
Managing domain and domain controller security policies.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft servers.
Provide support for server backup & monitoring
Provide support for File/Print/Anti-virus servers
Participate in patch management for Windows servers
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Management including user management, GPOs, building and upgrading domains & forests
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS internals, registries, permissions
Familiarity with performance analysis using performance monitoring
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols (DNS, ICMP, SMB, SSL/TLS, etc.)
Citrix XenApp Servers administration & management
Citrix NetScaler (Load Balancer) administration & management
Serves as engineer for the migration from Citrix to Windows Virtual Desktop, following clients architecture, technical and security standards
Provide technical support for any complex issues within Citrix Environment.
Ensures that End User Computing engineering and support documentation is created and approved
Provides hyper-care and performance tuning support during the project
Works within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the infrastructure
Engineer and support multiple Windows desktop images
Package, test and deploy new applications as needed
Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment including Creating Images, deploy VMs, monitor VM performance
Develop automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches/updates and workstation images
Create new and maintain existing support documents to Maintain high standards in quality in the delivery of End User Computing services
Provide advice, guidance, and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development process adherence and performance

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
