Job description:

Proficient in Admin Studio/Install shield Good Experience in VB/WMI scripting, Batch Scripting, PowerShell scripting & PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit Well versed in application testing and remediation techniques for producing Windows 7/8/10/11 compatible applications. Tools like ACT should be known. Expertise with VMware Workstation/Oracle Virtual Box/Windows Hyper-V to work on the Virtual Builds. Knowledge of Creating /Repackaging applications using various Packaging Tools like Advanced Installer or Admin Studio. Sound Knowledge on Windows Installer Technologies - MSI Packaging, Tables, Custom Actions, Standard Actions. Knowledge on creation of Merge modules, Packaging Customization. Expertise in Application Virtualization Technologies, App-V 4.6, 5.0,5.1 Basic knowledge of MSIX packaging Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and client server applications. Good Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows Servers, Windows 7/8/10/11), Registry, File systems,

• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
