Responsibilities:1. Administer and maintain the Ivanti Patch Management infrastructure for Windows Servers and Workstations.2. Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and updates across the organization's network infrastructure in a timely and efficient manner.3. Monitor patch compliance and perform regular audits to ensure all systems are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.4. Troubleshoot patch deployment issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or conflicts.5. Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to develop patching schedules and strategies that minimize disruptions to business operations.6. Stay informed about the latest security vulnerabilities, patches, and updates released by software vendors and third-party vendors and understand also differentiate patchable and configurable vulnerabilities. 7. Develop and maintain documentation related to patch management processes, procedures, and configurations.8. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on patch management best practices and procedures.9. Participate in change management processes and maintain accurate records of patching activities and configurations.10. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the patch management infrastructure and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.2. Proven experience working with Ivanti Patch Management solutions in enterprise environments.3. Strong understanding of patch management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.4. Experience with Windows Server and Workstation operating systems and patching technologies.5. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks related to patch management.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to patch deployment.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.8. Certifications such as Ivanti Patch Management Certification, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, or related certifications are a plus.9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
