Job description:

Work experience as a Senior Java Developer min 7 years experience Experience designing, building and testing java core and Java Java EE applications Understand and take handover of exiting nodejs applications In depth experience of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC Extensive experience with JDBC Java Database Connectivity and RESTful web services Experience with Object Oriented Design OOD Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming OOP Patterns and Concepts Design implement and maintain Java based applications that can be high volume and low latency Identify and resolve any technical issues arising Transforming requirements into stipulations Support continuous improvement investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting for architectural review Relevant Knowledge of Java GUI frameworks like Swing SWT AWT according to project requirements Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests In depth knowledge of code versioning tools for instance Git Understanding of building tools like Ant Maven Gradle etc Web frameworks like Struts and Spring Good knowledge of servlets web sockets

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
