Role: SCCM L3 Experience: 5-6+ Years Educational Degree : BE/BTECH/Bachelors Professional Qualifications A relevant technical certification on SCCM would be acceptable/fineJob Description: Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / MECM 2004 In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues Understanding of SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Defender via SCEP Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) SCCM knowledge and experience Experience in supporting Windows (7, 8 and 10)Day to day job tasks will include Maintaining SCCM client compliance as per SLA Troubleshooting end users SCCM specific issue Performing Daily/Weekly/Monthly SCCM health checks Good understanding of SCCM application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, applications within SCCM Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance. Must be able to work on-call as specific and weekends Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a windows workstation (desktop\\laptop) deployment (Windows 7 / Windows 10) Analyze, prepare and update monthly security updates list released by Microsoft Monitor SCCM patch deployment infrastructure and remediate in case of any issues Co-ordinate with other teams appropriately to ensure speedy resolution of issues Update the knowledge base and documentation of issues and solutions Prior experience of handling migration of deployment technologies e.g. SCCM to Intune Research, identify, and drive the implementation of innovative approaches to endpoint patching administration tasks with a focus on automation, error reduction and service improvement Support day-to-day aspects of the level 3 Support for EndPoint deployment and management (SCCM/Ivanti) technologies Ensure team is handling the tickets within the Service Levels and maintain the quality of resolution provided Manage SCCM/Ivanti and associated technologies (Wufb, Office 365 updates, win32 package deployment, configuration policies, Windows feature updates, Driver updates etc.) to always ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance as per SLA compliance Regular reporting of overall security updates compliance - Patch Compliance, Compliance Policy, O365 Updates Open for 24X7 support including on-call Knowledge of Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution) Roles: Day to day administration of SCCM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed Desktop application management and deployment Recommend and implement application and database solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance Providing technical guidance to SCCM team and customer Provide Tier 3 support Server and workstation client management Creating and updating technical documentation as required Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Thought leadership Working knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 and ITSM tools People leadership/management Root cause analysis/problem management Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to enco
