Zscaler Security Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zscaler security platform. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding our organization s network and data against cyber threats.
Responsibilities
1. Deployment and Configuration:
o Deploy and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for secure web gateway (SWG) functionality.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler seamlessly into our network architecture.
o Fine-tune security policies, rules, and alerts within the Zscaler platform.
2. Threat Detection and Response:
o Monitor and analyze security events, incidents, and alerts generated by ZIA.
o Investigate and respond to potential threats promptly.
o Collaborate with incident response teams to mitigate security incidents effectively.
3. User Training and Awareness:
o Provide training to end-users on Zscaler best practices.
o Raise awareness about safe browsing habits and security hygiene.
4. Performance Optimization:
o Continuously assess Zscaler performance and recommend improvements.
o Optimize traffic routing and ensure minimal latency for users.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
o Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA)
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Prisma Access Security Engineer
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer to manage and enhance our Prisma Access solution. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in securing our network and ensuring seamless access for remote users.
Responsibilities
1. ZTNA Implementation and Management:
o Deploy and manage Prisma Access for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
o Configure and enforce security policies across all users and applications.
o Continuously verify user and application behavior.
2. Cloud-Scale Security:
o Leverage cloud providers to ensure elastic scale and high performance.
o Guarantee 99.999% uptime and low latency.
o Isolate data planes per tenant to eliminate noisy neighbor issues.
3. Unified Security Product:
o Converge management, policy, and data for all users and apps.
o Enforce consistent security regardless of user connection or app access.
o Leverage AI and ML for automatic incident remediation.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
o Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
• To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
• To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
• To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
• To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
