Implementation of Privileged Identity Management solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals
Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership
Open to travel as and when required for deployment at customer sites
Be a strong team player

Required Skills:
Primary Skill:

Experience in development and implementation of CyberArk, Privileged Identity Management Solution.
Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories:
o Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory
o Sun Directory Server
o Active Directory
o Tivoli Directory Server
o Novell Directory Server
o CA Directory
Experience in using database client tools like Toad, etc.
Experience in using standard protocols like SSH, Telnet, RDP, etc. and related tools like Putty.
Experience in working with the Network devices like firewalls, routers, etc.
Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include customized integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
Knowledge of basic networking
Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems from PIM integration and debugging perspective
Exposure to virtual environments with experience in integrating ESX, ESX (i) hosts with the PIM solution.
Good troubleshooting skills
Runbook documentation

Secondary Skills:
Experience of any other privileged identity manager product- IBM PIM, NetIQ PIM etc.

Good to have Skills:

Knowledge of any IDAM product like:
o CA: Identity Minder, SiteMinder
o IBM: Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager
o Oracle: Identity Manager, Access Manager
Knowledge of any programing language like Java, .Net, etc.

Certifications: Certification in Cyber ark will be preferred.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of strong IAM implementation experience
Strong oral and written communications skills
Customer Facing Exposure is must
Open to travel requirements

  • To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
  • To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
  • To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
  • To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
  • To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
  • To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
  • To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
