JDs For SREs
SRE Technical Lead
Provide technical leadership on large/complex systems cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus & Grafana
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash Scripting
Build tooling to support the automation, management, and reliability
Build and support release pipelines
Work as an integrated part of a development/delivery team to include SRE practices as part of solution design
Manage the system lifecycle from design and implementation, to turn-down and decommissioning
Work with product owners to define SLOs and SLIs and build robust monitoring solutions supporting metrics agreed upon
Resolve P1 and P2 tickets using a proven systematic approach that focuses on returning safely to full system capability and creating plans to fix root cause issues
Lead communications efforts regarding both system issues/activities as well as blameless post-mortems
Azure DevOps Engineer-
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash Scripting
Design and develop CI, and CD pipelines(Azure, terraform)
Understanding of web services, web servers, REST and SOAP
Experience working with cloud technology platforms (Azure, GCP)
Experience in code repositories like GitHub and Azure Repo
Experience using IaC and PaC paradigm
Experience in database like SQL
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
Terraform Automation Engineer -
Requires expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
Significant experience writing Hashicorp Terraform configurations and modules
Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code.
Proficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and GCP, certification preferred
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Kubernetes Administrator -
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Deploy and Manage AKS dedicated clusters, GKE clusters, Rancher Clusters and Projects
Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Linux operating systems
Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus & Grafana
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Powershell
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
