Job Title: Associate Consultant - ESG & Sustainability

Job Description: Responsibilities include delivering ESG & Sustainability advisory services, managing ESG implementation at clients locations, and supporting ESG platform roll-out at clients locations in Hyderabad.

Experience: 2 years of EHS and ESG operational/consulting experience.

Candidates should know EHS regulations, ESG frameworks (GRI, CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI, etc), and handling of sustainability/ESG-related data tools. Experience with EHS/ESG platforms is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Key Deliverables: Key deliverables include managing ESG implementation projects at client sites and supporting the implementation of the ESG frameworks on Digital platforms.

1.Data Collection Streamlining:

• Develop and implement standardized data collection templates across the sites for ESG parameters.
• Achieve consistent and timely data submissions from all stakeholders from all relevant functional heads across all units.
• Implement a data validation process to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

2. Stakeholder Capacity Building:

• Facilitate regular workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions (as required) to build stakeholder capacity in specific ESG areas.

3. ESG Digital Platform deployment:

• To be able to support the deployment of the ESG digital platform at the site level, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
