Sr. Tech Consultant - You will be working with a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) enterprise service management software that specializes in 15 Product Line areas or modules to automate the business world. IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Incident Response Management (IRM) SAM/HAM (ITAM) applications all provide forms-based workflow application development
Responsibilities
Your day to day will consist of creating automated business processes with the power of Coding and help solve issues our clients users may have with the platform. In a nutshell your main mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our clients. You will develop these skills Knowledge of ITIL processes. Web based Application development (JavaScript AngularJS HTML5 CSS) Systems Integrations (REST and SOAP API solutions) Automation tools such as Cucumber Selenium and QUnit. You will face clients from different cultures learn how to engage customers manage your own time improve your attention to detail learn how to solve complex problems and gain professional empowerment.
Certifications Required
Software engineer technician technologist or related Education Certificate. Experience in development with ServiceNow particularly with discovery and CMDB
