Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant II with 10 to 14 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM FSM and Work Model Hybrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer service and field service management. This role requires a native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules to meet client requirements.Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow platform usage and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery of milestones.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all ServiceNow implementations.Monitor and report on project progress addressing any risks or issues promptly.Engage with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.Show proficiency in creating detailed project plans and documentation.Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate expertise in conducting system audits and performance tuning.Have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.Show a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Possess the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions effectively.Exhibit strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements.Demonstrate the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide regular updates.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest ServiceNow developments.
