Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM ITOM and ITIL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and be able to effectively implement and manage these systems. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is a must.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.Provide expert guidance and support to clients on ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to support end-users and stakeholders.Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in ServiceNow and ITIL to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and incidents.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive value and impact.Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing resources timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM.Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong project management and organizational abilities.Be fluent in English with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.Have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Possess a customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
