Hands on experience with wide range of NETAPP, PURE, NASUNI, CISCO Switch products such as NETAPP FAS 2000, 8000 & AFF Models, FA-X70R3, Cisco MDS 9706 \\r\\n Work with Engagement/Project Managers to provide timely status updates on project/engagement\\r\\n Operational Experience on the Netapp Snapmanager, snaplock and troubleshooting\\r\\n Experience on Netapp iSCSI LUN configuration and troubleshooting \\r\\n Knowledge of Netapp Snapshot and Snapmirror policies configuration and troubleshooting \\r\\n ONTAP Cluster Mode:\\r\\n Capable of design & deploy new technologies like FlexGroups, FabricPools\\r\\n ONTAP Manual & Automated upgrades\\r\\n OCUM, System Manger, NETAPP replication Snapmirror/Vault\\r\\n Extensive hands on experience on NAS CIFS & NFS protocols\\r\\n NAS technologies hands on experience:\\r\\n Configuring QTree s, Quotas, User & cluster management\\r\\n Creation of CIFS & NFS file system:\\r\\n Exporting to hosts\\r\\n Able to configure CIFS & NFS mixed environment to projects\\r\\n Troubleshooting of CIFS & NFS challenges\\r\\n Administration & Support of NetApp storage devices\\r\\n Good knowledge of NetApp physical architecture & connectivity\\r\\n Designing and implementing of storage pools (Aggregates)\\r\\n Storage Capacity Planning and Performance Management\\r\\n Work experience in storage integration with VMWare, Hyper Converged\\r\\n Working experience in DR solutions\\r\\n End to end ownership of storage environment across the enterprise\\r\\n Provide recommendations to improve the storage infrastructure, and address/\\r\\n lead critical issues and root cause analysis\\r\\n Large Datacenter environment experience\\r\\n Perform Filer health check, volume space status, aggregate status, failed disk,\\r\\n snapshot monitoring, capacity reports, etc.,\\r\\n Cloud understanding and working knowledge\\r\\n Data migration, NetApp Cloud instances, etc.,\\r\\n Provide recommendations to improve the storage infrastructure, and address/ lead critical issues and root cause analysis\\r\\n Cisco SAN switch configuration and troubleshooting.

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
