• Development Strategy Development including policy analysis and program design
• Advanced data analytics and insights for largescale education, skilling, and livelihood programs
• Primary research, literature reviews, and program design
• Monitoring & evaluation frameworks and impact assessments
• Onground implementation reviews and operational support for government and multilateral clients

We are expanding our engagement with a leading national institution in the TVET and skilling ecosystem. The role is based in New Delhi and involves deep analytical work, program operations, and client coordination.

• Support in advanced data analytics and strategic reporting for flagship national level skilling, employment, and livelihood programs etc.
• Conduct strategic research and contribute to program planning and implementation
• Manage daytoday client coordination and ensure highquality, timely deliverables
• Oversee program operations, including field visits, implementation reviews, and stakeholder guidance
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  

• Masters in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related fields
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics, research, evaluation, or program operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other analytics tools
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in dynamic, multistakeholder environments
  

• INR 5.06.5 LPA+ performance bonus (up to 10%)
• Onsite role in New Delhi
